Why has corn increased in price more than other grains?

Corn is used for biofuels. It is processed to produce ethanol that can be used as a biofuel or added to petroleum-based fuels.
Corn is also used to feed livestock for meat production. The demand for meat is increasing dramatically throughout the world and so corn is being used to feed animals as opposed to feeding people. As the demand for corn increases, the price increases.
