After an interview there are several strategies you should follow to ensure your own success. List three strategies and give an example of each.

What will be an ideal response?

(1) Evaluate my interview performance. Ask myself if I'm pleased with how well I presented myself in the interview? What did I do well? What could I have done better?
(2) Consider if I still want the position. Determine if what I learned about the job in the interview is still what I'm looking for. If not, withdraw my application.
(3) Write a thank-you note. Send a thank-you note to the individuals who interviewed me, showing my appreciation for taking time out of their busy schedules to meet with me.
(4) Follow up with the employer. If I haven't heard from them in a few weeks and it's past the point when they said they'd contact me, I'll e-mail or call them to find out a status. I just want to remind them that I'm still interested in the position.
