What is the difference between primary influence goals and secondary influence goals?

What will be an ideal response?

Primary influence goals are related to the outcome you want to take place. For example, you might want to gain assistance, share an activity, change a behavior, or change the terms of a relationship. On the other hand, secondary influence goals shape and constrain your message because you are attending to identity, interaction, relational, personal resource, and arousal maintenance goals.
