What should MGAG's board of directors have done differently? Did corporate governance fail?

What will be an ideal response?

The board can be criticized for not having in place a better risk management reporting system that would have exposed MGRM's exposures earlier. Because this is a major responsibility of all boards of directors, the disappointing supervision by MGAG's board
in this area may be viewed as an example of ineffective corporate governance.
