National President Often the founder of the club, the national president is located near the national headquarters. In many cases, he has a select group who answer only to him as bodyguards and enforcers. In most cases, he possesses the authority to make final decisions over all club members and can override any voted decisions.
Territorial or Regional Representative In some cases, this person is also called the vice president in charge of whatever region or district to which he is assigned. His duties are usually to handle all problems that local chapters are unable to resolve successfully at their level. As a rule, any problems that involve the club as a whole are handled at the national level.
National Secretary–Treasurer This member handles the club's money and collects dues from local chapters. In addition, he drafts new club bylaws and makes changes to them, as well as
recording the minutes of all meetings.
National Enforcer Answering directly to the national president, this person sees to it that
the president's orders are carried out. He could act as the president's bodyguard and handle special situations, such as punishing the club's rule violators or retrieving the colors from a member who has left the club. He has also been known to remove club-related tattoos from ex-members.
Chapter President This person has claimed the presidency through a combination of personality, leadership skills, or personal strength or has been voted to it. He has final authority over all chapter business and its members.
Vice-President As the second in command and the right hand of the chapter president, the
vice-president presides over club affairs in the absence of the president. As a rule, he is handpicked by the president and is heir apparent to the club's leadershi
