How would you compare the artistic representations of the Paleolithic period to the Neolithic period?

Paleolithic(Old Stone Age): art represented things from nature, their figurines were symbolic, they drew cave paintings, they used rocks to carve, they drew detailed and realistic animals, and they carved stone figurines.

Neolithic(New Stone Age): they drew hunting scenes, they made fired clay statues, they were more religious based and made objects that honored deity, their figurines had more functions than just symbols (toys), they made wall paintings, they spun and weaved, and they made more tombs and religious objects.
